Seasonal campers at Whidden Park are a friendly and close-knit community, with many returning to enjoy each other’s company year after year. Seasonal stays are available for 1-month or longer and offer large discounts over our nightly rates.

Every winter, we send out forms to all Seasonals who stayed with us the previous summer so they can book their site again for the coming year. Please read the rest of this page then complete your form at the bottom.

Dear Seasonals,

Camping season is getting closer and it’s time to find out who’s coming back and when.

There is a seasonal form at the bottom of this page. Please complete it even if you are not planning to return as this lets us know which sites to save and which are available for new guests. The rates for this summer are in the form and will appear once you select your campground section and length of stay.

Seasonal Conditions

As a Seasonal Camper at Whidden Park, you are advised of the following conditions which apply during your stay:

Visitors Policy

  • You are responsible for the actions of your visitors – please make sure they are aware of the Park Rules.
  • Visitors must leave the Park by 9:30PM.
  • While in the Park, visitors must stay at the site of the guest they are visiting.
  • Visitors may not use Park facilities, including the pools, unless Day Passes are purchased from the Main Office.

Campfire Policy

  • There is a limited number of portable firepits/chimeneas available. These are free to use, but there may not be enough for everyone who wants one.
  • If you would like to use your own firepit, please check with management first.
  • To prevent the spread of invasive insects which have been attacking trees across the region, please use only local firewood. We sell 100% local firewood at our Offiice.

General Conditions

  • Seasonals are required to park their camping unit on the site assigned to them.
  • No credit will be given for any length of time the site may be unoccupied.
  • Whidden Park WiFi is complementary – there is no additional fee for using it. Please treat it as any other public network and take appropriate steps to safeguard against online threats.
  • Only those names listed when registering (immediate family) will be permitted to occupy the camping unit during the Seasonal dates.
  • Park Model trailer units are not permitted.
  • Outdoor refrigerators are not permitted.
  • ATVs, dirt bikes, and other non road-legal motorized vehicles are not permitted to be driven in the Park.
  • Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash or in a kenel/corral and must be cleaned up after.
